In my opinion the discrimination against Afro is a phenomenon that comes from the very moment that Africans arrived as slaves, they have had to fight against this social status for many years. This should not be just a struggle of Afro but also of the entire population,we all deserve to be treated on an equal conditions and for that goal the constitution protects us. I think the observatory makes a great work but not only have to work with the allegations but changing the mindset of the people.
